Description
Paradise park farm Koh Samui was developed in the year 2,000 high in the mountains overlooking Bann Talingham and the Gulf of Thailand.
The farm covers 20 acres of prime unspoilt land where the animals enjoy a comfortable life in a natural spacious habitat.
All the animals live in different zones joined together by pathways always overlooking awesome views of the surrounding countryside, one of the highest points in Koh Samui (Khao Pom).
There are many species of birds including Macaws, parrots, love birds and parakeets.
There is a large enclosed area with deer, goats, emus and a pony. All these animals you are allowed to feed by hand, except the emus.
You can enjoy a lovely lunch in a Thai-style open-plan restaurant with a great view of the southwest of the island and the surrounding jungle. A good mix of Thai and Western food is on offer and priced reasonably.
After lunch, you can go down for a swim in the infinity pool overlooking the same view. The pool is modern, there are 12 sun beds with umbrella covers and a small bar to the right. No extra cost for enjoying the pool, but a 200 Baht deposit for each towel is required.
Wildlife, food & drink, poolside relaxation with great views in natural surroundings, definitely worth a day trip.
Certainly recommended for kids, particularly the young ones, as they’ll be entertained for hours.
