Samuilink Refund and Cancellation Policy attempts to accommodate our guest as much as possible in case of cancellation in accordance with the following guideline.
A FULL REFUND will be issued to the guest in the following circumstances:
- If cancellation by our guest takes place more than 48 hours prior to schedule start of tour – cancellation must be made by phone or email.
- If cancellation by our guest takes place less than 48 hours prior to schedule start of tour in case of sickness and a doctor certificate is submitted.
- In the case where cancellation has been made by Samuilink due to weather condition as explained below or for any other reason.
A 100% penalty charge is applied in case of last minute cancellation, no show or no prof of sickness such as approved Doctor Certificate.
WEATHER CONDITIONS: If the weather on the day of your booked tour prevents us from having a safe and enjoyable experience you will be informed that the trip is cancelled or of the need to change your tour to another day. Please note that in the event of light rain without strong winds or big waves we will NOT cancel any tour; as it does not prevent us from having an enjoyable and safe experience.
In the event of a guest being absent at the scheduled start time of the tour or in the event that any guest cancels their tour after the 48 hour notice period prior to the scheduled start of the tour; NO refund of deposit paid will be issued to the guest UNLESS:
- The guest has requested to change the date of the tour or to credit the cost of the tour towards another tour at least 12 hours prior to scheduled start of tour – NO penalty fee will be charged for the first request. Requests for subsequent booking alterations will be charged at a MAXIMUM of 800 Thai Baht per a person.
The above cancellation policy do not apply for private tours, boat charter, and transfers
No refund of deposit made by guest will be made for private tours, boat charter or private transfers unless Samuilink cancel the service due to weather condition or any other reason as explained above – a full refund will be issued to the guest.
Please note that the above guidelines are what you should expect as worst case scenario. Each cancellation case will be individually evaluated by our European management team to determine if there were any conditions that will warrant full refund.
